Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Custom Orders: For custom or personalized wigs, processing times may be longer. Please refer to the specific product page for details.

- Standard Shipping: 4 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 business days

Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations due to carrier restrictions.
- Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties on imported items. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at Wigforbaddies@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Order Changes and Cancellations
