Refund policy

 WIGFORBADDIES RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective for all orders, including Sales Orders

1. All wigs are prepared per order

Because every wig is customised, styled, or prepared for each client, we do not offer instant refunds.

Please note that all custom coloured wigs are strictly non refundable and non returnable. Custom units are specially processed and coloured according to the customer’s selected specifications.

2. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The wig is unused, uninstalled, uncut (lace intact)
  • Returned within 3 days of receiving it
  • With original packaging

3. Return process

Once a client requests a return:

  1. The customer must send the wig back with tracked delivery.
  2. The wig will undergo a quality inspection to confirm it is in original condition.
  3. If the return is approved, the wig is restocked for resale.

4. Refund timeline

Refunds are processed only after the returned wig has been resold, whether it was:

  • A full-price order, or
  • A sales order

This protects the business from loss and ensures that all customised wigs maintain their value.

No refunds are issued until the wig is successfully resold.

5. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer installs, brushes out, cuts, dyes, or alters the wig
  • The wig is returned in used/damaged condition
  • The customer refuses to use tracked return shipping
  • The wig is not returned

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered only after the returned wig is resold.

7. Delivery issues

If an item is delivered (according to the tracking), the sale is considered complete.

We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost deliveries after confirmed delivery.
